The SR - LWM - S180, in its basic version, consists of the main welding unit where the sheet is fed in rolls and automatically cut to the desired lengths by the machine. The input tubes are fed into a special buffer position, and the machine receives them one by one and welds them.

One (1) Laser source (TRUMPF type HL 556P Laser Device) with two (2) Laser beam cables.
Cooling unit (Water Chiller) for cooling the source and heads. If a central cooling unit is available, it is not necessary.
Adjustable center welding head with a linear three-axis system.
Manual adjustment of distance, angle, and focal tilt.
Strip pick-up at the output.
Sheet feeder from a roll.
Automatic feeding and cutting of copper sheets (to the desired length).
Supply of 15 cut copper tubes from the buffer (ability to supply tubes of different diameters, e.g., 8, 12).
Adjustable welding speed and program-based base dimensions.
