The automatic tube straightening and cutting machine is used to convert the tube from a roll into straight pieces of the desired length.
It Consists Of:
- Roll unwinder driven by a A/C Motor 0.5KW with adjustable brake.
- Pipe alignment unit consisting of a pre-straightening group with movement, two groups with 5 rollers adjustable per group, one group for horizontal and one group for vertical alignment.
- Unit for drawing and recording pipe length, which consists of two propulsive rollers at the inlet of the alignment unit and four propulsive rollers at its outlet with an integrated oscilloscope for recording and length measurement.
- Tube cutting unit with rotary cutting knife and form jaws to hold the tube while cutting.
- Cut pipe outlet unit.
- Protective covers.
- PLC unit and machine operator communication screen with error diagnostic and data entry program.
The machine can
process pipe rolls
with the following characteristics:
- Maximum roll diameter: 1200mm
- Maximum roll weight: 500Kg
- Tube diameter: 8mm, 15mm, 18mm, 22mm
- Maximum cutting length: 2500mm
- Cutting accuracy: +/- 0.5mm
- Alignment speed: 25m/min
