The SR – HSB – R6/2 w is a brazing system for brazing copper union nuts on copper headers of Solar Absorber Frames.
It has 6 stations and 2 product sockets by each station:
- Loading Station
- Preheating Station
- Brazing Station
- Cooling Station
- Water Cleaning Station
- Free Station
Consists of
- A motor driven six-position rotary indexing table
- 2 motor driven tube rotating heads. The heads reciprocate vertically, driven by a pneumatic cylinder
- A motor driven height adjusting screw of the above mentioned head
- 2 Propane/Oxygen Gas Circuits
- 2 automatic motors operated filling metal feeders
- Water cleaning circuit

Machine Operation
The operator loads manually 2 header tube on the rotary indexing table.
The header to be brazed is rotated automatically to the preheating station and then to the brazing station, allowing the operator to remove manually the finished product at the load/unload station, and load new tubes.
